TBC knows its about the good food. Our menu might be on the short side for a couple of reasons. These menu items are the favorites of our clients. We can do more! Just tell us what you’d like. We’d rather give you a fair market price than just a hi price to cover the back end of the mule so tell us what you want and we’ll tell you a price.

Upon settling on a customized menu that makes your taste buds water, we will send your outfit a contract for approval and signature. Send a copy back to us with a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold the date and time, however some can be applied to
a future event. Cancellations are dealt with on a wide variety of factors surrounding your event. We need the final head count 7 days before the event but keep us informed of any increases. The final payment is due no less than 5 days before the event day. This will make it less stressful so we don’t have to run each other down on the day of the event. 

We prefer a minimum number of 100 people but don’t let that stop you from calling us. Staffing on large events will be dealt with as needed. 

TBC will clean up the chuckwagon area and our serving table area. You are the venue client, so you are responsible for the site clean up and tear down as required.

Our prices may not be the cheapest in the caterin’ business but remember you get a chuckwagon with ol’ west atmosphere, your grub cooked on the chuckwagon and served with a pretty darn good chuckwagon catering flair.
